(a) Lateral and (b) anteroposterior radiographs of the mid-tibia in a child showing multilocular expansion affecting predominantly the cortex, but medullary sclerosis and lucency are also seen. The tibia is bowed anteriorly. No fibular involvement can be identified. Diagnosis: osteofibrous dysplasia.
