Figure 10. Axial CT image demonstrates a tension pneumo-orbit due to a small medial wall of orbit fracture. Note some extension of air intracranially and marked exophthalmos. This resolved with conservative measures (principally aimed eliminating episodes of raised intranasal pressure!).
